Chicken Casserole
This recipe is so simple and very delicious. You can bake it in the oven or I suppose a crockpot, but I have always used the oven.
6 chicken breast
16 oz. can of light sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Put chicken breast in a 9 x 13 dish. Mix the light sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together in a bowl and then pour it over the chicken. Bake at 400 for 1 1/2 hours.
